The team was really amazing. I bought it as a present for my daughter and it stopped working after 2 times. Their customer service was fast to respond, super kind and sent us a replacement after checking the videos we sent. Happy to recommend them to all my friends!

I only had my Costomizer Engraving Pen for a few months and it stopped working, contacted your company gave them a video of the pen to show it wasn’t working, with a quick response from you I’ll be back to creating my stone works,thank you so much for your help!
