We contacted a number of companies for getting rid of two timeshare properties. We picked Resort Closing when we heard it was advertised on Laura Ingram's show. We called and were immediately impressed that this company sounded legitimate and honest. We paid a price that was less than other companies and were told the process would take approximately 12 to 15 weeks, if I remember correctly. During the process they sent short emails simply letting us know they were moving forward. The documentation they need from us was to the point and we were very please that last week we received an email that one of our properties was no longer ours. Just waiting on the final property. This company is low key, honest and located, I think, in a small town but the results were impressive. You won't be disappointed
