Do not use this service. They lie to you about reducing your credit cards and other accounts. You are responsible for your debts so read the fine print. They send out cease and desist letters to your creditors and cause you problems. If you cancel there service they will send letters to your good accounts and will get those cards closed. They are a boiler room operation and can get you sued. They don’t do debt consolidation or help with any delinquent accounts. They will not work on less than 4 accounts and pick what they want to help you with. They did more damage than help. I asked them to send a letter saying they accidentally sent a cease and desist letter to my credit card company and they refused. This accident caused my credit card to be closed. These are irresponsible people who do sloppy work.

Another do nothing situation. You pay for a couple of YEARS, before they settle anything. If a company just sues you, they won't/can't help. Went to court 4x without them. Ended up filing Ch 7 anyway. Edit: They asked for more info. Back in January, you began taking $270 a month from WILLIAM J BUSHEY. For June and July, you took $500 each. After your lawyers were out lawyered, you returned $500. Mr Bushey had to appear in court 4 times! We feel a full refund is in order. Edit: Phone tag. Company has one phone number and no one can help you. Always have to call you back.

This company is a complete scam! Do you not use them! They are unorganized, untrustworthy and dishonest. They will tell you what you want to hear and deliver nothing, in fact, they will leave you in a worse position then you were in when you went there. All of your money goes to their fees not to your creditors. Go someplace else if you need help. These guys just want your money.

We respectfully dispute the claims made in this review. The documented record reflects that substantial services were provided, including legal assistance through Resolve Law Group in connection with two separate creditor lawsuits. Both the Capital One and SoFi matters were addressed and successfully settled, and a $1,000 summons fee was waived as an accommodation. The client was also granted a reduced program payment after reporting financial hardship and was advised of his cancellation rights. Accordingly, the assertion that Resolution Processing “delivered nothing” or simply collected fees is directly contradicted by the documented history of services performed and results obtained. We understand dissatisfaction may arise when additional creditors pursue legal action; however, dissatisfaction does not make the services provided nonexistent, fraudulent, or a “scam.” We stand by the documented record.

Update on my experience with Resolution Processing: I wanted to provide an update after being in the program for several months. Unfortunately, things have only gotten worse for me. I have now been sued by all three of my creditors. I ended up hiring my own attorney because the attorney provided through the program never followed up with me. I was repeatedly told, “We’ll call you back,” but the calls would consistently come between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. while I was at work—even after I explained multiple times that I cannot answer my phone during those hours. As a result, I was never able to speak with anyone when they called. Now that I’ve decided to cancel my services because I have my own attorney handling the lawsuits, I’m being told that no one is available and someone will call me back “in a couple of days.” Meanwhile, they still plan to withdraw my next payment on July 10. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Based on what I’ve personally gone through, I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to do plenty of research, ask detailed questions, and fully understand what services are actually being provided before signing up. I regret my decision to enroll and cannot recommend this program based on my experience. This email I received back after posting this: We acknowledge your desire to terminate our services. Per our Consumer Services Agreement, we must receive written notice of your request to cancel, otherwise your representation will continue, and you will still be charged. To proceed with the cancellation, kindly respond to this email with "PLEASE CANCEL” as soon as possible. You can also give us a quick call at (949) 333-0553, between the hours of 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Est, and our team will finalize your request right away. It’s funny how I tried to cancel over the phone, I was told no one was there to cancel.

Based on the information provided in this review, we are unable to identify or verify this individual as a Resolution Processing client. We also note that the reviewer included an email expressly providing written cancellation instructions, a telephone number, and stated business hours for completing the cancellation. That documentation appears inconsistent with the assertion that there was no available method to cancel services. Because we cannot locate an account associated with the information presented, we are unable to verify the allegations regarding attorney communication, creditor lawsuits, scheduled payments, or the handling of any purported cancellation request. Resolution Processing maintains records of client communications and service activity and takes complaints regarding its services seriously. We invite the reviewer to contact us directly and provide sufficient identifying information so that the matter can be properly investigated. Until an account can be verified, we cannot responsibly comment on allegations that we cannot substantiate through our records.

This company is horrible!!! They took my money and took on an account that was already with a lawfirm. This was a very sensitive account that could result in legal problems. I told them it was with a law firm and had gone to court. I could still help because they had a legal team. After I had already started making payments and I inquired on the status of the accounts, they told me that they could not help me with the account on the lawsuit. They only refunded a portion of my money $350 but left me with a creditor starting a judgement process against me if I didn't pay for the past months when they were with Resolution Processing. The lawfirm sent them correspondence with the threat of judgement. They never disclosed this to me. Now in July, I am threatened they are filing a judgement against me and a lien on my social security number. If resolution processing had been honest with me in the beginning, my life would not be in the process of being turned upside down. I called to try to speak with someone to help. They said since I am no longer a client, they cannot do anything. Basically, too bad we messed up but we can't help you. Horrible, do not sign up with these people. I want all my money refunded so I can pay this creditor.

We are unable to identify this reviewer or locate an account based on the information provided. The review contains numerous serious allegations involving a lawsuit, an outside law firm, an alleged judgment, a purported lien, undisclosed correspondence, and a partial refund. However, no client name, account information, case number, creditor, or other identifying details have been provided that would allow us to verify any of these claims against our records. Resolution Processing does not consider anonymous or unverifiable allegations to be an adequate basis for determining what occurred on a specific client file. If the reviewer was in fact a client, we encourage them to contact us directly at [email protected] and provide sufficient identifying information so the account history, communications, payments, and any legal-related activity can be reviewed. Until we are able to identify the individual and confirm the underlying facts, we cannot substantiate the version of events presented in this review.

You have gotten 1 creditor already taken care of. The young lady i spoke with was very helpful and polite. And have answered any questions i have had so far. I like that you check in with me every 4 or 5 weeks, that's helpful to me.
