I don’t remember the representative’s name. He did tell me in the the beginning of the phone call. I was a little upset about my bill. He kept his composure. He was very patient. He listened to the last call about my bill and confirm that it was not paid. He also informed me that once my bill is paid that the rental office will get their confirmation that it was paid. He also informed me that once my bill is paid. To confirm with the representative that I will get a confirmation letter sent to my rental office.
