For the second time, I received a broken product

loved the mug but would have liked it to be larger.

I ordered a mop from reshline and by mistake my order placed twice. I quickly send an email to reshline and they promptly respond me and return my payment. I received my money back with in 7 days. Really appreciate your response. Kind regards Anila
