The purchasing process was fine
The purchasing process was fine. The product arrived in good order. I am giving a four instead of five star rating because in watching the videos it makes it appear that this product is easily spreadable. Video shows putting a big wad of it where a board is rotten and taking a putty knife or trowel and smoothing it out very quickly. However, I found the product to be more stretchy than spreadable, which was disappointing. I did use it to reinforce a repair on a concrete statue. It worked well for that, although it took about four days for it to dry to the point where I could sand it. And I did just put some in a rotten area on a wooden railing so I will see how long it takes to harden to the point where I can sand it down. But it was by no means easily spreadable like the video shows.
