Wow! Everything was awesome start to finish!!! I'm so happy with my new smile, I feel so confident! I did have some issues with my photos, I emailed them at support@resetsmile, Esme fix the issue of the impression photo, I had added the photo to the wrong file and after my impressions were approved!!! I still cant believe it -I just cant stop smiling and looking at myself in the mirror . thank you ResetSmile Team for helping me and bringing back my smile..

I thought i would be able to use this
I thought i would be able to use this. I was not. I emailed them and they told me to wait 10 business days for my refund. Why so long? As of today it is 9 days. Hopeful i will see it returned back to my method of payment shortly.

Although most refunds are offered within 5-10 business days, some banks can take longer. Please contact our customer service team between 9-5PM EST Monday to Friday at [email protected] or by calling (877) 869-0740 and they will be happy to check the status for you and send a refund receipt.

DO NOT DO IT
I received my first appliance timely, it did not fit at all, the color was off and it tore into my gums. I was told to send it back and they would make a new one for me. So i sent it back and they sent a custom impression tray, i did the molds and sent that back in, just to receive an appliance that was worse than the first one!! I have tried to reach out to them more times than i can count, i was told that they issued a refund and that i would receive it in 5/10 days. I have not seen any refund as of yet. I am in contact with a small claims attorney who will be contacting them next. I want my money back for this crappy product you are trying to pass off as quality!
