Good customer service ,very reliable

So the first device I ordered didn’t fit properly. The teeth were short and the partial was to tight on my gums. I reached out via email and I did have issues hearing back from customer service at first. After about a week, they contacted me and apologized for the delay and said they had been backed up with orders. They immediately sent me out a new kit with a customer mouth piece that would better fit my mouth so that I could retake the impressions. I sent them back and it took about 2 more weeks before I received my partial. This new device fits great, which is why I decided to update my rating on here. The new partial teeth look like the correct length compared to my other teeth and I could immediately tell the overall fit was much better. No squeezing or pain. So far They are very comfortable. Overall it took about 3 months but I saved over $1000 and am pleased with the outcome.

My daughter found ResetSmile for me to replace a tooth that had to be removed. The entire process was extremely easy, which includes uploading photos and returning the teeth impressions. When I received the replacement tooth it fit very well, but the I had an issue. I sent an email explaining the issue and received a response immediately. I received a new kit and sent the impressions for the remake. I received the new replacement tooth shortly thereafter and it is perfect. I am very satisfied. One of the main things I like about ResetSmile is their customer care. They are very responsive and take your issues seriously. They want to make it right so you are satisfied. I would highly recommend ResetSmile. Thank you.

Requested a refund back on Feb 20th due to them not being able to assist me...told me it would take 5-10 business days to receive back to my card...it's been well over that time period and now they are stating they did indeed issue the refund and to contact my bank...what a joke...beware!!! Stay far away from this company. It did not take them this long to get their money from ME so why should any refund take 5-10 business days in the first place???!!!

Process was super easy and it was fast! Hasn't even been a a full month yet and I received my order. I feel so much more confident with having my smile back! The top fits a little too tight but I will be reaching out to them and see what we can do to make it fit better. Even with that being said, they still get 5 stars from me!
