Just received my partial today & am happy to say it fits perfectly . It was kind of a long wait but worth the time & money spent. It's a little ouchie eating (not painful just a bit of sensation) . I figure it will be until my gums get used to it being in place. All in all I am very satisfied . Best part was no expensive multiple trips to the dentist. Thank you Reset Smile , Diane Hamrick

They required multiple impressions which was fine just a lot of back and forth. Then took several weeks after approval to send out the partial. The fit was great but the whole smile slants to the left, not straight at all! They are not smooth it’s very rough and sharp. I messaged customer service 2 weeks ago and still have no response.

I ordered a flipper from this company... back in August of last year and was extremely impressed by the speed of service and the quality of the product. I returned on June of this year to order another for backup. After making payment, they went ghost. Several calls and emails later, the order shipped A month later. Upon receiving, the item didn't fit. It took several trys to dar from them. The approved the request to send a new impression kit.... At the moment of this review, September 8th, No impression kit, no money back, ZERO response to all attempts. Maybe they grew too fast for their production capacity.

The product itself is nice, comfortable, durable, and meet my needs. The customer service could have been better. I tried to reach out several times after the initial 2-3 weeks were passed, but couldn’t get in touch with anyone and no one ever responded.
