I placed my order over a month ago, made my payment, and got my impression kit a week later. Follow the instructions and do my impressions. After you make the impressions you have to upload photos to website an and then wait for them to be aprroved before sending them in. However nobody ever approved them and I tried to reach out for almost 3 weeks but could not get a single trply or update from them. Cant find a phone number to call and there chat service get no response at all. Finally i just decided i would tale a chamce and send them in and hope everythimg was good. Took a bit but about 2 weeks ago i finally get an email saying they recieved my impressions and will have my arch done in 2 to 3 weeks. Super exciting and w a s counting down the days till it arrived. Then today i get an email sayimg my order has been canceled. No explanation at all. I am not sure what happened and why. Would love to fix the issue and get my order but i have no clie how to reach an actual person with the company. I have not had any customer support since i placed the order on the website. Super frustrating amd very disappointed. I would like to resolve the matter if possible so it hasnt all been a waste and let down.

When you call you HAVE to Leave a message and Customer service does not call back. Called about an update on my order that should have been here by now. Very disappointed.

been waiting almost a month after they received my molds and I cant reach anyone for an update. Customer service is horrible- probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I tried the online chat with them several times, but no one ever replies or joins the chat. Ive sent several, emails with no reply. Ive called their customer service number, but its just an answering service and I aways get "We will have someone call you back" response. If i ever need another partial, I will absolutely go elsewhere.

The first set of teeth I got were really good. But the second teeth I'm having issues y'all making them properly. First they were too tight then y'all sent me another impressions to do and I did it. That impression was not accepted by the doctors according to the pictures. You sent me some more impressions to take and I did that. I took the pictures and now it's been two weeks and I still have not heard back from y'all. I have emailed you. I have called you. On several occasions and none of y'all ever call me or email me back. I don't know what's going on.

They had really good communication thru out the process. I received my order and they did an amazing job! Would highly recommend!!!!

This was so easy and affordable. It made my smile beautiful again. No one knows my little secret. It fit so comfortably in my mouth. So much better than the partials I got from my dentist which made me lisp and I couldn’t eat with those. But these were perfect! Thank you so much!
