This company took the extra mile to help me work with my 84 year old mom with dementia. I tried twice with regular trays, but I was having a hard time with my mom. They called me and the girl talk personally with the Dentist he made a special tray for her, and we tried a third time. So happy this time it worked and is perfect. This has saved must time for us,and the partial is beautiful. Thank you so much.

I was missing several teeth on the top and bottom, but the most critical one was a missing front tooth in the top front of my mouth. I researched ResetSmile and decided that the time frame they advertised just fit into my need to have the appliances for my daughters wedding. I placed and order for both top and bottom appliances, received their kit, followed their instructions and sent in my impressions. Their communication was great and they answered every call and email that I sent them. I received the appliances and was able to smile at my daughter's wedding. The sign of approval is that no one asked me about a missing tooth or "is that a retainer you are wearing". I am thankful to ResetSmile that they helped me meet my schedule for my daughter's wedding. We are so excited to have a tooth for my husband that was removed 2 years ago as they couldn't get a permanent screw in tooth as he didn't have the bone density for, we discovered Reset Smile~ It took twice to get the fit right, but they responded to us immediately and the second one is fitting perfectly!!! Very happy with outcome!
