Great customer service
The initial device wasn't quite the correct color to match my mouth, but ResetSmile immediately got to work on making a better matching piece for me. It's worth the wait; they do very fine job crafting of these prosthetics. This is my second time buying from Reset, and the original device is still good even at 3 years old. My mouth has changed shape drastically due to health issues, but the device itself was still in perfect shape. You can eat and drink with them in, within reason. I haven't had any issues yet. Love this brand.
