My dog chewed on my previous partial that I had done through my dentist. I decided to give reset smile a try since it would save me some money. I am very well pleased with the fit. It fits better than the previous one! One issue I had was with the upload of info/photos after the impression was already received by Reset Smile. When uploading missing info/photos the system would automatically see it as a new order and go ahead and charge you for it. The good news is that their support staff is working around the clock and had it reversed immediately. Overall a great experience !

This company is horrible. When you finally do get someone on the phone, they lie to you. They have promised me a refund now for 3 months and still nothing. I had to cancel my bank card to stop monthly charges. Horrible company.

I lost a tooth in my lower jaw, and really didn’t want to spend a ton of money and time getting an implant, or a bridge from my dentist. The process for my new tooth through ResetSmile was extremely easy. After going through an easy questionnaire online , and paying, I received my kit to take impressions within a week. It was very easy to to make impressions and take photos of my mouth, the directions were super simple. I then sent my impressions back and received my new tooth within two weeks. The fit is amazing, feels great, and looks perfect. I was very pleased with the entire process and would happily use ResetSmile again.
