It's great to smile again
This my first time with temporary bridges so I don't know much about them. I do know that communication with the support team exceeded my expectations. As far as the devise, I can honestly say the devise quality and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. The order process was easy and I received my shipment faster than I hoped for. I do recommend Reset Smile

They are working on it.
The first teeth hurt like hell. So, they had me make another mold and they were worse. I told them my gums were wide. Instead of making the gums wider, they made the whole teeth wider. I almost swallowed them. They made me make another mold. When I got the teeth back they did not fit at all. They also did not fit the molds they sent with the teeth. Then a person sent me a prepaid label in order for me to send the teeth and the molds back. I sent them back 11/1/23 and that is the last I heard from them. I do not have any of the new teeth but they wanted to know why I stopped paying. I sent them at least 3 to 4 emails and have called about 5 times and I never got a call or email back. Order started 8/9/23 to now 7/11/24 still no answer or teeth. However, the are working on the problem. I raised the stars to 3. They sent me new molds and are making me a new set. After witch I will rate again.

Great customer service follow-up
I had a problem with the first denture set. I called and the customer service was outstanding. I received the second set last week and everything is perfect.

I got my smile back!
Some months ago I saw an ad on TV for ReSet-Smile. I thought, could it be true? I contacted them, they sent me molds to make impressions. It was very easy with great instructions! I requested a two tooth partial. It looked great, but I couldn’t eat with it. I sent them additional impressions and now I can. I am so HAPPY! THANK YOU Molly Martin
