Customer service still hasn't responded though it's been 3 days since I contacted about a redundant order that was mistakenly made. At $500 a pop I can't afford to spend $1,000 simply because the customer service is terrible. It may be the holidays, but business is business and I do not want to be hassled by having to send the shi*t back because the company's too cheap to keep customer service staffed during holidays. I do expect a refund, and compensation for time and gas to take the item back to the post office. Otherwise, I ain't doing it

i received my reset smile prosthetic today and was pleased at the appearance. the fit is a little high so i think i am going to have to adjust to that, my order was placed on November 13th and today is December 27th so i am not to satisfied with the 44 day turn around time....other than that it looks great

A little slow to address my concerns at first but they got around to me after a week of emailing and calling. The second device is perfect. I am so excited to smile again and feel beautiful again. I took a huge risk and I’m glad I did. Fast shipping !! This is not a scam.

This was a process in the making. My dentist stressed that I needed to get dentures for my two lower back molars as the molars above were shifting downwards. The cost was beyond ridiculous. I saw an add for ResetSmile and thought why not? Especially since this was 1/4 of the cost! I received the kit and did the impressions as directed. It was easy to do, slightly entertaining with my husband helping me! Received the device and had some slight issues with it being a little too tight. I contacted customer service and they were incredibly helpful. Spoke with Shalon on the phone and she assigned the issue to Trevor who got right back to me. Both were extremely helpful and friendly. I received a kit to make mild adjustments to the device (all it needed was a slight filing down around the gum area). Wowsers! It fits great and I am so grateful I found out about this product! No discomfort. Feels great and I saved over $1500. So grateful that I found this product and happy as can be!
