Placed a reservation over the phone for one night at a Holiday Inn in VA. An hour later I noticed in my email confirmations that I was confirmed for 3 rooms at that hotel/night, and a 4th reservation at the Mirage in Las Vegas and the Atlanta Airport Marriot..! Called them and was told they would tag it as fraud, and I should contact my bank. Something is up here. DO NOT reserve with them. They also make it look like their website is that of the hotel, when it reality the end of the URL is reservationstays.com.

Reservation Stays is a scam…. I wonder if we could get a class action against google for directing us to them in the first place: I am in the same situation as everyone else on here… scam links make it look like you are booking directly.

We were booking a room with a Marriott Hotel in Ontario, after hitting "enter" we received our confirmation number and realized the arrival date was incorrect. We contacted the hotel immediately and told them about the issue and they were willing to change the date but then we discovered we had somehow been directed to a third party "Reservation Stays" so they were unable to change the date. We 100% were booking with Marriott and somehow ended up with this third party! FRAUD FRAUD! We did not want to cancel our reservation on my a date change 5 minutes after confirming the reservation. BEWARE! We have contacted our credit card company to appeal the charge and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I would give this a zero if I could. I thought I was booking directly with the hotel. I needed to cancel due to a family emergency. The hotel would have cancelled but I was unable to cancel with this scam website. I’ve lost $500. Disgusted !

The company says you pay only 140 EUR per night and for 4 nights I paid additional 135 eur as for "taxes and fees". Surely it is a scam page. Well we all learn by mistakes...

RESERVATION STAYS is a misrepresentation, fraud and scam. Represented themselves as being the Hilton Reservation Desk, told us we could cancel the reservation up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Falsified confirming reservation, During the evening we received our confirming reservation, and it wasn't from Hilton, it was via Reservation Stays and our reservation was non-cancellation and non-refundable. Immediately contacted Reservation Stays and spoke to several people there. They held to what they put in the confirming email and NOT what they verbally stated on the phone. Hilton Hotels told us they could not cancel the reservation because Reservation Stays is a third party and they do not have access to their booking system. Filed a dispute with AMEX and were recently informed via letter it WILL NOT refund our $322.00 because the confirming reservation is documented proof that the reservation made was non-refundable. At this point, AMEX doesn't want to understand that the reservation made via phone was with the understanding that was to be refundable, if cancelled.

We recently reserved a room at Bryce View Lodge in Utah. We thought we were booking directly with the Lodge, but when we got the bill is was from these people and we were charge about $100 more than we were told on the phone. I am very unhappy and recommend checking that you are not dealing with them (Reservation Stays). They are scamming people and hotels should refuse to work with them.

To attract you, they give you a cheap booking value. Once you reach hotel you find your self pay extra 50% more for money or you will lose everything. Hotel complaints about this type of tricks they are doing by change your nationality to get extra discount. Once you check your mail, you find email from them asking you to cancel booking. Be careful when you deal with reservation stay and you should contact hotel before you leave your country.
