When we mistakenly booked the wrong hotel location, Reservationstays.com did not answer the phone when attempting to call them to try to make things right. After no one answered, I emailed them to request a refund but an automated email bot called Ram emailed back stating that the form stated this was non-refundable. I know I'll never get my money back, but for anyone else who may come across one of their websites designed to make you think you actually are on the hotel's LEGIT website, please pay attention and DO NOT use this unethical company.

The following is the email communications between me and Reservation Stays. This email exchange says it all: On Fri, 10 Feb at 12:38 PM , STAN my email address wrote: Dear Sir, Your business misrepresents to the general public that your agents are genuine representative of the hotel in question. Webpage used: embassysuitesraleighcrabtree.reservationstays.com While asking them to look up my Hilton profile, I was told that their particular system could not access that part of their data base. No disclosure of them being a third party reservations company was made at that time. Later in the conversation I asked to add my Hilton Honor Points number to this reservation. I was told the same excuse which was a fraudulent conveyance. Again, there was no disclosure of them being a third party reservations agents. You were are not Hilton or Embassy Suites reservations. After making a reservation for a suite with 2x double beds, I contacted Hilton reservations online to add my Honor Points, their web page told me that they could not find my reservation based upon the reservation confirmation number that you gave me by your agent named Ben. Hilton told me I had no reservation. They finally found the reservation based upon the location, date and my name. To my surprise, the reservation Ben made was for a King size bed and not for 2x Double Beds. I cannot sleep in the same one bed with the other guest. This reservation is not for what you conveyed it to be in writing: Room Type: Standard Suite, 2 Double Beds Free Breakfast Check-In: Sun Feb 12, 2023 (3 PM) Check-Out: Mon Feb 13, 2023 (12 PM) No. of nights: Confirmation Number: Bxxxxx. Non Refundable - This booking is 100% non-refundable. It cannot be cancelled or modified in any way This reservation which you say it is, is not the reservation on record with Hilton Hotels. This, it is not a fulfilled contract on your part and thus voidable. I am formally hereby voiding any reservation you make as my agent which does not fulfill our agreement for the terms you promised and represented above. You will need to change this reservation within one hour or I will be forced to declare you in breach of our contract. I will wait until 1:30 PM for you to remedy this breach of contract. After that time, I will be mitigating my damages regarding the loss expenses to reserve this promised room myself. And a complaint will follow with the better business bureau and my credit card provider. Your prompt attention and correction of your misrepresentation is expected. That was confirmed as an error 3 times in 3 different phone calls by Hilton and Embassy Suites reservations . I called the hotel front desk and they said the same. She told me that she would just change it to 2x double beds, thus fixing your error for you and for me. There was no price change. I will not be able to assign on my Bonus Rewards account number (which was my original reason for my log onto to Hilton Reservations online). This was because it was not reserved directly by them. I was never informed by your agent that you were not direct reservations for the specified hotel falsely and deceptively displayed in the online web address you used. They took my money and I paid a cancellation fee however they refused to cancel for a very simple and valid reason. Don’t use this service!

Please report this company with the Federal Trade Commission. This is fraud. They took my money but when I went to the hotel there was no reservation. The confirmation code was bogus. Not accepted at hotel. They immediately took my money. When I called to find out why I did not have a reservation they hung up. Get these guys off the internet Please. I had to cancel my credit card. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE REPORT THESE FRAUDSTERS TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION.

Deceptive website and practices - stay clear! They list the hotel name FIRST on their website URL, so it is very easy to think you are booking directly with the hotel. All non-refundable - and you get a “voucher” that may or may not work at the hotel! On top of this lovely experience, there is a line “taxes and fees” which is more than TWENTY PERCENT of the total rate! No one intentionally uses this site - it is made exclusively for those who accidentally think they are booking with the hotel site. Shame on these nasty people behind reservationstays.com.

It would be -100 if there was an option! Absolutely appalling company! Avoid at all costs!!!!

I search for a hotel by city and state and after I finished booking it was booked in the wrong state. And they will not refund my money. Ended up booking with in the correct state and it was $20 cheaper just going directly through the hotel.

The worst experience ever. I've booked a double room in a hotel through Reservation Stays, HUGE MISTAKE. The hotel got a reservation for a single room and refused to respect a double room voucher from Reservation Stays. I tried to correspond via email and they "closed the inquiry" on me. Tried to call them but the phone number they send in their emails is incorrect, I assume that they intentionally publish a wrong number. When reached them through the phone published on their website, they disconnected the call 3 times. When finally succeeded to talk with a support representative, they recognized their mistake but couldn't agree with the hotel to transfer me to a double room. Said that they will refund me but just now seen the refund amount and it's not what they promised.
