They lie to you about the rates. We were specifically told we would be given the Government rate once our paper work was turned in. They lied and now are claiming that they can doing nothing after charging us with out the discount. Now they say we don’t have Government Rates. The why did you tell us you did when we were booking the room. We never would have booked the room without the Government Rate.

This website is a scam, they charged me 700€ extra for a 2 weeks stay, and i have not gotten a refund.

SCAM. Overcharged for reservation while posing as Hyatt. Reservation did go through. After contacting Hyatt, got information about who is behind this. They are conveniently located in Switzerland. Scammers! They won’t refund my cancelled reservation. Lost $846. 😡 They sent me notification that my cc would be fully refunded but it’s a lie.

I hate to say that I am another victim of these scammers. I booked a night at a hotel on my way to Denver CO. I specifically requested a 1st floor room due to my disabilities and physical limitations, which I explained. If anyone in that "company" listens to the "agent", he guaranteed 3 times to me, in the conversation, that he requested at the hotel my special accommodations and was guaranteed!!! When I arrived at the hotel, no 1st floor room, and they stated that they were never contacted by anyone in reference to my requirement. I ended up going to another hotel and when I requested a refund due to their lies, and the fact I couldn't use the reservation, all they said is that the reservations are not refundable. Total abuse against an elderly disable person and a consumer.

Much the same as other reviews. Total con. Thought was booking direct with hotel. Cost twice as much. Totally disgusted

DO NOT USE this company. Not even worth 1 star. I thought I was booking on Premier Inn website and was charged £443 for 2 nights. On arrival at the hotel they had 2 rooms in my name but no payment. I had to pay £269 direct to premier inn. Could not contact reservation stays by phone. I did manage some email contact but have not had any refund and now am being ignored.
