Do not use this company when making travel arrangements, they are deceitful, dishonest, making false charges on your credit card with unauthorized service charges and fees. Their customer service department is woefully inadequate and discourteous. Why their website is allowed to continue to operate is a huge black mark for google. I repeat - avoid this website/company!!!

This is a scam. They resell rooms at a surcharge and allow zero changes or cancelations. They bill more than you agree to. The site is bad and they impersonate actual legitimate hotels. Google needs to delist them!

This is horrible - they don't even deserve one star. It is a scam, exorbitant rates without you knowing but their cancellation policy is HORRIBLE. We reserved for one night to visit our 98-year-old uncle and found out he is in the hospital with COVID. No way are they going to refund it - oh, yes it is extenuating circumstances and they MIGHT refund it if we provide medical documentation. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

This is absolutely a scam. I realized it just after completing reservation and was told that I could cancel and either pay full price or await a waiver, which they would not guarantee. I'm not happy at all.

This site is a total scam, and I can confirm what other reviewers have said. It looks like a legit site, but they charge you exorbitant fees that are not provided to you upon booking. It's not until after you get your receipt that you see the fees. I booked two rooms for $339 each and was charged an additional $280 for some made up taxes fee. I called the hotel who confirmed there was a reservation but was told it was done through Priceline. My browser history shows no evidence of using Priceline. I'll definitely be filing a claim with my bank if not for anything other than the fees.

ReservationsCenter is a scam, misleading you into thinking you are making a reservation at a hotel directly. Watch out! if you make a reservation and need to make a change, they charge you for the original reservation because once you hit enter, you are committed. Also, they charged me about $100 more for the room than what I could have gotten the room from the hotel direct. I asked for a king bed and I got two double beds. Be careful to make sure you make reservations directly with your hotel and stay away from ReservationsCenter.

Looked like a legitimate website but turned out to be a very dubious offshore third party operation. I spent hours on the phone trying to cancel my reservation after I experienced very difficult to navigate websites, links and non-usable phone numbers after they had billed my credit card and sent confirmation and survey emails with no online way to solve my problem. I highly recommend not using this site.
