Reservation Centre LLCReviews of reservationcentre.us

Service was great. Samuel helped me out a lot with helping me understand why i didn't recieve the email with my booking information. He also helped me out very much with the process of booking and unsterstanding the charges of the payment for my flight bookings.

Great customer service. On point

I have been so well cared for and have felt so supported by the staff. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Having to travel for an unexpected funeral for my brother, I have been scattered in my thinking. Reservation Centre staff have made this time so much easier for me with my changes in travel arrangements. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again for my international travel services

Amazed with the service. Best place for ticket purchase. Victor helped me a lot in regards to all my queries.

Had a problem with another site. Samuel resolved this and was able to book and confirm our airline flights and reservations and was nice enough to call me back when everything was taken care of. Carol Hagan

Very helpful, got me a great deal. Even though when I booked it they emailed me to say the fare was no longer available and would be quite a bit more...which upset me at first and I figured it was a way to get more money out of me. I told the person I was talking to I was no longer interested and he said to please let him see what he could do. So I did and while he did that I checked on a fare directly with the airline they were substantially higher. So when he offered me the fare for only $10 more than the original I went ahead and booked it. I still saved a few hundred dollars! :)

It was a pleasure to process my ticket the customer service was very polite very nice go above and beyond and take care of my problem

Samuel was very helpful!
