Samuel was very helpful, respectful and very courteous

I haven't had a very helpful and accommodating customer service like Samuel in the airline reservation co. He was very understanding, kind, and cooperative in dealing with changing of airline flight locations and times. He is an invaluable person in your industry.

I rate my recent experience as 5 stars because of one person his name is “Samuel”. I booked my tickets online in May 2nd morning I paid my money but I didn’t received my e-ticket all day. you know how you usually get it after 2 or 3 hours right?. So for next day May 3rd I called them someone picked up my call, I told him what I wanted he said he will call me back in a second but never call back. The next day May 4th I called them again someone picked me up and said that my ticket has an issue but they will figure out what kind of issue it has so they will call me next day afternoon I have to wait (I waited) . Today May 5th I called this afternoon at 2:15 pm finally Samuel picked my phone up and helped me though everything and now I have my e-ticket My suggestion. Whenever you can’t help person right away please tell them that you are busy you will call them maybe in 3 or 2 hours and remember to call them. We know how busy you are and how hard you work. Thank you for your all help in general especially Mr Samuel thank you Sir I appreciate you.

Samuel was very precise and helpful. He saw a error which he point out me and correct it on his end. Samuel also contact me back to make sure I got my confirmation.

Samuel was very courteous and understanding, while he was explaining why our reservations was not confirmed, he made sure that we was able to keep our same time frame, and he was very polite even though he sensed that I was getting a little irritated, especially when I had to pay extra money for the same flight that was no longer available to us, but he assured us that everything would still go as planned, I especially liked that he continued to follow through to make sure that my wife and I are completely satisfied, will do all my booking for flights from this service from now on. Wonderful CUSTOMER SERVICE!!??

I was having some online issues with my ticket confirmation and sent the website an email for assistance. I received a very quick response from Samuel.

Know how to talk to customer, make sure customer problems are resolved to the best.Samuel is very patient with his customers.
