Corporations have gotten away from pleasing the customer and into the BIG PROFIT. This is a great idea to let the client have a way to get his point across and lets other clients in on these problems. That's one way to get a company to make corrections by hitting it in the wallet. Hopefully this will help boost the economy and let the little guy get his money worth

This is a very easy way to share your online shopping experience to help others that may be interested. Just as a note. I have made more than 1 purchase recently from the vendor I was asked to review. The email ResellerRatings sends you to asks you to give 1-5 stars for the vendor to continue to the review, but doesn't give the date of the purchase your rating. As I haven't received the second order wasn't sure how to answer.When I was taken to the review page it appeared that the rating could be revised if needed, I just didn't know that at the time.

I thought the system was quick, easy, and straight to the point. That goes a long way for me.
