Great website with great info

ResellerRatings is a great place to publish reviews on specific stores you have visited or have had personal experience with before. Either it be live shopping or online transactions they have you covered. Check it out and let the world know your experiences. Is it good? Is it bad? no problem let people know so they at least know whats coming.

The review process was super easy unlike other reviews I have done (usually I get bored and don't finish the review because something messes up). The review request didn't feel invasive either. Good job.

I received a request to fill out a response survey from ResellersRatings. My experience was a negative review on a company that I did business with that did not go well. Within a very short timeframe I received a call from a manger of the company who resolved my issue and went beyond my expectations of a resolution. It was very refreshing to know that responding to ResellersRatings did actually produce action and not as I originally thought would go no where. I will fill out every ResellersRatings survey I receive in the future.

This is the best way of knowing where to buy without problems. Great way of gathering info from real buyers!
