Wayfair continues to short orders, sell one thing, send another, ask for reviews but not allow them to be posted. This site obviously biased as they ask for reviews but don't allow new ones with new orders nor do they allow me to edit to add on

How come this company is so highly SEO rated and so bad business practice ? They Ask merchant to may per month, then increase their price and remove good reviews if merchant stop paying. This is ridiculous, how can we stop them ?

ResellerRatings.com is pretty much a version of a blackmail site for companies. They recently deleted tens upon tens of reviews left by my customers after I asked them all to go and give honest feedback. I would like to point out I made it very clear to my customers I wanted their honest feedback, good or bad, so as not to be influencing them. After the rating started to reflect how I think my customers feel about my site (incidentally it got to similar to what my rating on TrustPilot is), all of a sudden nearly all the reviews were deleted, and there's nothing I can do about it unless I 'join their programme'. I can join for free for 30 days, but then if I don't want to pay the EXTORTIONATE $250-$450 PER MONTH fee to be a member, any replies I've made get deleted, no doubt alongside another whole bunch of positive reviews. ResellerRatings.com is not a trustworthy, independent review website in my opinion, as it forces retailers to pay huge amounts of money that we simply cannot afford if we want to have any chance of being correctly, and fairly represented. It is in their interest to 'persuade' retailers to pay up, so how can they be relied upon to show the true reflection of what customers think?

I buy from a lot of online retailers and I aske a few of them about resellers ratings. They all said the same thing to me, many many false ratings and lies to try and blackmail sellers to play their game and buy a membership, seem like they are crooks to me!

I tried to log a new rating for a very bad result from a a reseller with inaccurate or fraudulent website advertising and your rating site reloaded a much early review even though I updated the Text. If you cannot be trustworthy in logging my review, why on earth should I waste my time and participate in misleading others. Very disappointed in ResellerRatings and JC Whitney.
