This company entices Canadian buyers with a magazine subscription that doesn't apply to Canadians; the canopy top they sold me (for $199) doesn't fit the gazebo-and yes, it is the right model; they have not responded to my written concerns.
Stay away!!!

Bad Quality Control; Technically bad cut glasses.
I have astigmatism and each time I write in comments sections to cut the glasses to the correct "angle", however, each time (this is the third time) they do a bad job and ship without checking it. Moreover, they do NOT have a policy to "refund" your money. One time I had to take it up with them and they extended a big favor for making available 50% credit, not refund. Therefore, I am not suggesting that you order your glasses if your prescription has angles in the Axis column. They either just don't care or don't know how to make those glasses.

ripoff
leatherup added a pair of boots to my order, I only ordered a jacket. They tell me it all shipped in 10 minutes of the order and no way they can change it. I didn't even look at boots. I'll get stuck with shipping charges I bet and they will not correct their error. RIP OFF> BEWARE

My Review
ResellerRatings.com runs a public forum for (supposedly) rating merchant performance. The merchant, however, isn't considered part of the public unless he ponies up ridiculous amounts of money.
Unless a merchant pays them something, they're not afforded the privilege of responding to public comments. Further, those that do join at the low low price of $29.00 a month, won't see that number for very long, as many merchants have reported that they jack up the monthly rate to $299, $499, $????, the sky is apparently the limit.
There are much better alternatives for consumer reviews than ResellerRatings.com, including this very site.
And, if you're a merchant, since Google is now utilizing reviews from places other than ResellerRatings, there's zero reason to participate there any longer. Stop sending your customers there. Send your customers here instead, and Google will begin excluding the reviews on ResellerRatings and picking up those left on this site. No activity on ResellerRatings equals removal of those reviews from Google Shopping.
Lastly, if you're skeptical, just Google "resellerratings.com extortion" and you'll get a better understanding of how others feel this company operates. Heck, there are even videos on YouTube examining their practices.

Don't even get me started - but you have no choice
Unfair business practices built upon extortion to sum it up.
While same goes for every review and rating page, they are reasonable and they have Support, their pages makes sense and give a service to the community, the companies and customers likewise, a neutral place to handle disputes.
Don't expect this from Resellerratings, actually don't expect anything from them, they will let your business be slandered into oblivion by your competitors, or costumers without that you can do anything about it. However, you can answer to those complaining, but only if you pay a "small" fee of 199$ a month, billed monthly, forever and because this isn't the only page using faul business practices to get money from small businesses, be prepared to pay 10000$ annually for all of them. Because you are going to need them, since Google and Bing went ahead and implemented it into their search engines and you will loose customers if you don't pay.
I would like to tell you to avoid them like a plague, but don't do this mistake, you sadly need them, pay them, but don't expect any services or support. I have emailed them 10 times and called at least a 100 times, never gotten an answer and I don't want to talk to a voicemail, thanks. Lame support for 199$ a month.

Negative reviews are very often removed.
It's immensely difficult to post a negative review of a merchant on resellerratings.com. After describing in detail clearly dubious practices by a merchant, the merchant reported to ResellerRatings that the review "violated terms," which it didn't. It became blatantly obvious why that merchant has good ratings on the website - they make insistent attempts to have the negative reviews removed, hence inflating their ratings.

slim shady
Complicated. Not user friendly. Seemingly wants the customer to only leave positive reviews; I assume that is because this review site depends on the membership fees from these member businesses to stay online. Don't want to make your true customers unhappy. Process seems to lack all integrity.

confused
I wrote one review and submitted it about Customer Service and got a response from the company.
I had hoped to write a more positive review once i received the product but this site just came up with my old review. I wrote over it and resubmitted it, sadly also a negative review, but it wouldn't let me change the original topic for review from Customer Service to product.
