One year Warranty Claim was followed by the letter. My complaint is the manufacturer, Spyder, builds an inferior headlight product. The lens coating just started deteriorating within 21 months. The cost of the headlights were over $175 so it should be understood they are not cheap. Stay away from resellers of inferior products.

Stay away from 1010Tires. Scam outfit
Staff aren't current with latest models and make dangerous recommendations. Parts purposely won't fit to try to upsell more product. Extremely inexperienced staff especially from the Ontario store. Product quality is poor and fitment won't be what you are asking for. Nothing worse than getting ripped off.

ResellerRatings.com = Unethical Extortionists
In my personal opinion and experience with ResellerRatings.com, this is the business model for the company: (#1) Encourage consumers to leave lots of reviews for online sellers. (#2) If the seller isn't already paying $500 to $2,500 per MONTH to be a "subscriber", almost never allow a positive review to be posted. Post ALL negative reviews until the company's rating is so dismal they're forced to subscribe to try to clean up their "poor" rating. (#3) If the seller IS paying $500 to $2,500 per MONTH to be a "subscriber", delete most of the negative reviews that have accumulated. Going forward, only post positive reviews. (#4) If a subscribing seller finally resists the blackmail and stops subscribing, delete the seller's accumulated positive reviews and only post negative reviews going forward. That's it. ResellerRatings sells online reputation "protection" for sellers, just like 1920's mafia. Pay up or else "something bad could happen to you, if ya know what I mean." Shame on you parent company Answers.com, for operating an extortion racket. Attention lawyers: all of this is my personal opinion based on several years of logging our customer reviews on ResellerRatings.com for my employer, and tracking which reviews are deleted and which reviews remain, compared to my employer's subscription status at the time. Personal opinions and truth are not libel.

predatory lenders
Country door swiss colony Montgomery wards etc. They are all sister companys selling same merchandise.They pray on people trying to rebuild there credit .They charge 10$ late fees on there products even on a 40$ acct.?They will only give you 100$ credit on each acct.so if you want to purchase some thing the price is 50$ for items then 28$ shipping and taxes basically 100$ gone on one item.??So then you go to there other companies that sell same merchandise and go threw same thing.That leaves you paying triple in shipping and taxes and only getting half the credit they started ypu with.If thats not bad enough they will charge you 10$ late fees for being 1 day late on there payments for each company.Beware there is more things i could go on and on not even mentioned the harrasing calls every day.Predatory lenders is a nice way of describing these companies.The attorney general should investigate these companies.Beware dont buy from this company or there sister company and tell your friends and family.
