Reputation DefenderReviews of reputationdefender.com

This company is delightful to work with. Danny, my representative, is the perfect mix of easy to get along with, professional, and on top of things. He works around my hectic schedule, makes the technical things easy for me to understand, and is just a very kind human being (so I always feel comfortable asking questions). I'm grateful to be working with Danny and intend to be a lifelong customer.

Great service. Safety and privacy are my top priorities, and I feel confident using Reputation Defender. Danny is attentive, informative, and very understanding.

SEO is tricky and I haven’t been the most pleased with the results I am seeing, but working with Danny has been a great experience. He gives actionable advice, sets realistic expectations, and is super communicative. Would definitely recommend this company for the service aspect in particular.

All of my interactions with the folks at Reputation Defender have been positive! Each person has been very helpful and courteous, and understood my needs and helped guide me through the process clearly and smoothly. Work on my project has progressed at a good rate, faster than advertised. While it is still too early to see the final results of improved google search results, I can already tell things are improving. I feel confident that I am in good hands. Very professional team.

I purchased a package for $4,000.00 .Many promises were made .After they were not achieved, I wrote a negative review .I was contacted by a manager and he subsequently extended my package by a few months. I was constantly contacted by the sales team to renew my contract during this period . This person told me that if I did not have a maintenance package ,all the negative items would resurface in the future because reputation defender was not constantly pushing in down . I was completely turned off by this scam ,they promised a product that they could not deliver . I also found that the managers did not communicate with the sales team. The right hand did not know what the left hand was doing!! The fear based selling was a complete turn off. The cost was ridiculous for the content . I wanted one thing removed and at the end of a year , the content was still number one on the goggle search. Look elsewhere .

This company is terrible. Spent $7,500 with them and they did NOTHING. Complete joke. I regret using them. Save your money. Don't hire them!!!!!

Thank you Reputation Defender for helping to meet my online needs.. Especially to Yurick who understood my concerns and provided excellent follow-up.

They were quick and very effective . I highly recommend them.
