I called in and was transferred to somone who asked for court documents to prove that the information I wanted to go away was legal to do so. His communication was nonexistent. I feel scammed. I gave him sensitive information and its like he fell off the face of the earth. I do not trust them. They are now asking for more details or my review will be deleted. This is an honest and truthful review. The agents name was Weylan and he had a California number. His customer service was terrible. It’s like he got what he wanted and disappeared. When I followed up a few days later, he stated he was waiting for his team to get back to him. A few days after that, I emailed and texted him about my no longer wanting to work the him and the company because of his lack of communication and once again, I was ignored. I feel it’s a scam.

Great customer care before you’re even a customer. Reputation Defender provided suggestions and possible solutions to our problem of a poor review posted on google by a disgruntled customer. While they could not remove the poor review they did have many solutions that would help us garner more positive reviews on several different platforms. Within 24 hrs they followed up to see how things were coming along and after following just one of the suggestions given we noticed a significant increase in positive reviews within a 24hr period.
