Well, my total experience has been mixed of trust issue at the very beginning and gorgeous watch which i got! 🤩 When i placed my order initially, it took long time to get any productive response and at some point i thought maybe there is a problem here and i asked to speak to the manager who was very attentive and supportive. I finally got the watch yesterday, OMG 😳 I LOVE IT! Including original box of Rolex! WELL DONE GUYS 💫🙏🏻

I ordered a “superclone 1:1” Datejust from this seller, but unfortunately it had minor production flaws. After contacting the seller, they offered me a discount on my next purchase, which I was initially very satisfied with. However, the second watch I ordered had serious defects and was nowhere near a “superclone” in terms of appearance or quality. The clasp felt cheap and loose, the date already changes 30 minutes before midnight, the engravings don’t match the original, and the logos and text are not even centered. For the past three months, I have been trying to either get a refund or exchange the watch. The seller has repeatedly promised this in writing, but I have only been stalled with various excuses. As a result, I ended up paying $900 for a cheap and heavily flawed watch. Recently, the situation became even more concerning. The company contacted me last week and asked me to delete my review, claiming that everything was now ready and they could immediately send me a replacement watch — but only if I removed the review first. I decided to give them another chance. They promised the watch would be shipped within two days. Instead, I waited an additional five days, exchanged over 10 more emails, and kept asking for updates. Each time, I was told the watch would be shipped “as soon as possible,” but no concrete shipping details were ever provided. This is exactly the same pattern I have experienced over the past months. At this point, it is clear to me that this shop is a scam and that their promises cannot be trusted. If you are looking for a true 1:1 watch without defects and with reliable customer support in case something goes wrong, this is not the right place. I clearly cannot recommend this seller. If the seller finally decides to honor the agreement after more than three months of delays, I will update or remove this review.

Have to say I was a bit apprehensive blindly sending funds but, everything worked out seamlessly. Being an owner of an authentic Rolex you cannot tell the difference between this product and the real one. Surprisingly IDENTICAL. The high level of customer service is second to none. They stand behind their product, they are very responsive and extremely professional….. Thanks Laura!!!!!! This was a very smart purchase with an awesome company. If you’re looking for a SUPER CLONE don’t look any further. I will endorse them any day of the week.

Unlike other clone companies I have used Rolex Expert are great communicators with a great product. Superior to all the other Clones I have tried in the fit and finish.
