All throughout our experience with Replace Your University we have worked with very kind, no pressure individuals. They have been very patient as we have researched and learned. They were very easy to access when we had any questions or concerns. It has given us a great sense of confidence and trust as we move forward with this program.

I received very poor service and the information about Helocs was standard information easily available online and quite dated. CERTAINLY not worth $5997.00. Many promises implied to get yo to sign up but no value recieved. When a refund was quickly requested,even though I completed the modules, it was quickly DENIED. Not even a partial offer!

I had heard of HELOCS and tried to find a bank to do them but hit brick walls every time I inquired. When I discovered RYM, I soon realized it was what I was looking for and was quickly convinced the plan would work, but my wife not so much. We owned two rental properties, that were my projects, but my wife had a good W-2 job and provided a majority of our income. I paid the utilities and she paid the mortgage. She did not want to give up a fixed rate for a variable. We compromised and put the Ist Lein HELOC on our highest mortgage-rate rental. She co-signed for the HELOC to make it work. The 1st Lein HELOC made it possible to successfully sell one property at a good price because we were able to hold a second mortgage note (at 12%) and then buy another rental. That, and moving from a high-price market to a lower price one meant we were able to retire comfortably debt free. However, the value of RYM was not only the remarkable plan to use money more efficiently, but also the education, both from the awesome training videos, and additionally from the advice and postings of the RYM community. You get a remarkable plan, a team of administrators who want you to succeed and know how to both do it and teach it, because they have done and are doing it successfully. Add in the freely-shared wisdom of the RYM community and you have a golden opportunity to discover and gain an amazing abundance of financial knowledge and wisdom. Best financial/business decision of my life.

With the information in RYM I have been able to make use of has been top notch. I am now into my 2nd HELOC and have been able to pay it down to under $10K. This after using the CHELOC offset approach to gain over $50K in 0% credit to hire Contractors for R.E. projects. Those are also paid off. Altogether I have total debt for 3 properties under $20K. Listen to your advisor.

We’ve learned so much about paying down our mortgage using our equity. We’ve been able to pay down half of what we owed on our home and now we just moved into another home using first position HELOC! Our coach, Paul, has been absolutely stellar in guiding us & helping us use the tools we’ve learned. He’s very friendly and considers our personal situation with decisions we make.
