I was skeptical about Replace Your Mortgage at first, especially considering the investment. But the education, coaching, and support from my advisor and everyone along the way have made all the difference. I’m now well on my way to paying off my home much sooner than expected and becoming debt-free, with a clearer path toward financial freedom and the knowledge to make better financial decisions. I only wish I’d learned this 20 years ago! I’m excited about the future and can’t wait to share my experience with others.

Joined in 2019.. the education and execution was great. Financial education that they don't teach in school. Wish I would have known all of this in my 20's! It was easier than I expected. We closed on our HELOC on August 27, 2026 this was in less than thirty-days. I must say for me the process was simple and easy a little hesitant at first but once I got start it flowed like molten lava! All I will say is, "Trust the process and the rest will take care of its self", now go for it!

Since day one of joining RYU their representatives have been available with honest advice and guidance in getting our home paid off in record time. The information presented by Michael Lush sounded too good to be true, but the numbers just made sense. Our councilor, Willie Olivas, has been there to answer all of our questions and encourage our success. We highly recommend everyone check it out for themselves… we are so glad that we joined RYU!

The RYU program is amazing. The group of people you get to work with are the best. They actually care about your success. They operate with morals and ethics and help you understand a better way of handling finances that was never taught in school. And yes it is all 100% legal. Michael Lush knows what he is doing. Check RYU out and do the math. You'll never think about money in the same way again. Then teach your kids. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

It's been somewhat miraculous for us, and we now have a confident cashflow strategy in place as we get closer to retirement. The strategy WORKS. Customer service is excellent - agree with other reviews that there really is no pressure and they will work with you as much as needed.
