Had the pieces to a 60-70’s set I was looking for, prices fair, order confirmed and shipped quickly. One piece out of several arrived broken. Jason immediately took care of the problem professionally and courteously. 6 Stars is warranted for the cool recyclable and degradable packing materials.

I ordered a set of porcelain mugs that had been discontinued by the original company and they arrived in a timely manner and had been packed really well. My experience with the company was very good.

I received my order in a timely manner and it was packaged very well with the item (a grinch figurine) in perfect condition.

Even though FedEx mangled the box, my glassware was packaged so well that it arrived completely unharmed. Shipped and arrived within the estimated time as well. If I ever need their service again I will not hesitate.

I had a teapot lose its lid which made making tea impossible for me. thanks to them I now have a new teapot which I absolutely adore. they stock all sorts of vintage and out of production pieces so if you have something that broke they can help you immensely! both times I've ordered from them my items came packaged very well and arrived undamaged and ready to use!

I registered my pattern with Replacements and have waited a while for pieces to show up but when they did show up, I got notified immediately and fortunately for me I was able to get the rest of the pieces and then some that I have been waiting for. They were packaged extremely well and came in perfect condition.
