The manual is very detailed and helpful. I hope I won’t have to use again, but it is a very good product. And it is VERY reasonably priced.

The way the topics are laid out in the dashboard make it easy to maneuver the web based version. I have two vehicles and it’s nice to be able the seamlessly move between the vehicles.
