Was checking the technical service bulletins for my vehicle and discovered an extended warranty for the fuel pump. Contacted the manufacturer and they are going to reimburse me for a repair I had recently paid for. $770.00

It was very difficult to find information about my car's symptoms from other sources. This site gave me information about the Tech Service Bulletin from ACURA for my MDX. I was able to use it to bring the issue to the dealer, and it was repaired with little resistance from the dealer. Otherwise, it would have cost me a lot more.

Very clear documents

The customer service was excellent! Every question that I had was answered within a day and the feedback was honest and sincere. This type of customer service is rare and much appreciated.

It was so easy to look up my vehicle & access the information I needed.

I was unable to find what I needed for a 2000 Suzuki Vitara exhaust problem. Repair Surge customer service acknowledged this and refunded my purchase. They were quick and remedied the situation. I have had difficulties getting common parts for this vehicle, and information about it in general. Perhaps this model is obscure.

Repair surge has helped me so much when completing repair jobs on my vehicles
