got my Chevy Manual on time... manual compiled and detailed with pictures

I was expecting a hard copy manual mailed to me not a file that i had to download and print

Repair manual for my car did not provide enough detail to properly remove the catalyst. Upon trying to refund my money for not providing ease of access to catalyst and what other components needed to be removed the support agent decided to argue with me about it and kept interrupting me to as I'm trying to explain the detail that it was not providing me. Stated 2 to 3 days to refund my money but has now been a week since and contact support again to correct this issue and still have not received my money back.

I ordered a repair manual for my 2011 Nissan Quest. The company was quick to respond with a link to download it, but upon downloading the set of modules, I couldn't seem to find the pages for the repairs I needed to perform. I contacted 'repairmanualnow' and told them my dilemma, and even though there was probably not much of a demand for an older make and model vehicle such as mine, they promptly searched for an answer to my situation and were able to obtain an updated version that had been released by Nissan at a later date and time, and immediately sent a second email with a link to the more recent and fully complete manual (which seems to have all the info I may ever need) for my minivan). I just want to say "thanks" to all those involved for the quick response to my communications and top-notch customer service and support. If I ever need a manual for another vehicle, I already know just who I'll be returning to!

There is information that I never had before and was basically unavailable from any other source that I have been able to find.
