TL;DR eventually received order on 23rd day after no reply to e-mail or Skype for 22 days. Actual manual was very high quality, better than anywhere else I had got it from: had both the huge (indexed) single PDF as well as a .zip with the file broken down individually and all in colour. Details (mostly from original review until points 7/8): 1. Placed order for BMW F82 M4 manual. 2. Immediately received an order confirmation and receipt e-mails. 3. Downloaded a .zip file that included instructions asking me to e-mail my VIN to a different e-mail address, which I did on the same day. 4. Three days after order I received an e-mail "Your ... order is now complete". It's not true. The download link in that e-mail took me to the same original .zip asking me to e-mail my VIN. 5. Three days after order I sent a message via Skype to the contact in the .zip instructions. Never received a response. 6. Nine days after the order I replied to the "Your ... order is now complete" e-mail explaining that I hadn't received what I ordered. 7. 14 days after the order I gave up and asked my credit card company to reverse the charge. Also wrote this Trust Pilot review. Fortunately the cc card rejected my claim - it needed to be at least 15 days - because... 8. 22 days after the order I received an e-mail to say that the order had been sent via Dropbox and to check my spam. I certainly hadn't received anything, checked spam and all folders. Replied saying so. 9. 23 days after the order I received both a reply to that e-mail and an e-mail from "Dropbox Transfer" within minutes of each other. I tried to be patient wondering if the seller was on holiday or something. Gave up once and had forgotten to chase credit card company, was very surprised and relieved to eventually receive the manual.

For beginners or DIY people this manual is a bit confusing and hard to locate what you are looking for and no backup help provided if you send enquires and questions. Good luck

Was sent a totally different manual than advertised. No response to emails and phone contact was for a foreign voicemail message that simply disconnects. Edit: was contacted by seller after leaving bad review. Was finally sent the manual. Adjusting review to reflect resolution, but still unhappy it took this much of a run around to get a reply.

The links do not work with PDF files.

It took several days to provide the download link. I almost canceled payment though it was a scam you should state that electronic fulfillment might take several days. I was also disappointed that links in the text in the manual don’t work. It’s impossible to find the operation they are referring to using the index. It is the factory manual which is what I was looking for thanks for making it available

Got sent the wrong link several times

I ordered a 2017 Armada service manual. After I paid the $30, the download link only contained a zip file with a generic pdf instructing to send an email. I thought I had been scammed but I went ahead and sent the email. Sure enough, a few hours later they sent me a download link for a zip containing dozens of PDF files that make up the manual. These files are for individual chapters and there is no index. The files link to each other but the filenames had mismatching case. Not a big deal on Windows but it is broken on linux and Mac. I had do some command-line renaming. It looks like they purchased one copy of the manual and then sent out the individual PDFs from the CD. I am rating three stars since I sort of got what I needed but the whole process feels sketchy.
