After numerous emails they still have not sent the manual and refuse to respond, other than general computer generated response. All correspondence has been saved.

Pay 99$ for repair manual Audi A6 etron Write 4 emails, zero response. Still don't get manual, no money return. Guys don't buy anything from them

I ordered a manual for a 2000 Kia Pride, which was only marketed in Europe through the final year (2000). Unrelated, the 1998 through 1993 Pride was marketed in the U.S. by Ford as the Ford Festiva. Unfortunately, people confused the "Festiva" with Ford's "Fiesta." That's what these people sent me -- a Ford Fiesta manual, which is absolutely useless to me. They don't respond to my emails and don't answer the phone.

Initially, everything was okay. However, there is a one to two day window for them to put together the manual and they only gave a 3 day window to download and I am not online every day so I missed the window. I have tried for the past three weeks tying to get them to provide access for a new download. Their phone numbers do not work and i get the same message that my file will download in the next few days but it never shows up in any of my mailboxes including Spam

I order a specific manual for a Chevolet Blazer. I received a message that I needed the vin number, the date of the car( which I had already sent )and the number of miles on the car. This was to be a gift. I then got a message that I had taken too long to done load it from a site I never heard of. I tried the phone number twice no answer and nothing from the support line.

I purchased complete workshop manual for Audi RSQ3 on the 29th of november. They only sent wiring diagrams. I only get automatic answers from the support email. I also purchased Volvo V90 workshop manual (digital copy)on the 29th of november. They answered they are out of stock and that they would refund my money back (paid with PayPal). I'm still waiting

This is a fraudulent company. After I paid, they provided a download link that just contains a PDF file with instructions to email them more car information (VIN#) in order to get the manual. but they never respond.

I ordered my manual 24 hours ago. Instead of a file that contained my manual I was sent a file that upon opening just asked me to email them and ask for my manual. I have emailed them repeatedly and there has been no response. They sent me a recite for the money they took but no manual. Their customer service line is busy every time I attempt to call. I will be reporting this as a fraudulent transaction and finding a new company.
