Initially, everything was okay. However, there is a one to two day window for them to put together the manual and they only gave a 3 day window to download and I am not online every day so I missed the window. I have tried for the past three weeks tying to get them to provide access for a new download. Their phone numbers do not work and i get the same message that my file will download in the next few days but it never shows up in any of my mailboxes including Spam

I originally bought the wrong manual, they were understanding and gave me a refund. Then quickly sent me the correct manual. Also, the manuals are very thorough. I will purchase again

I order a specific manual for a Chevolet Blazer. I received a message that I needed the vin number, the date of the car( which I had already sent )and the number of miles on the car. This was to be a gift. I then got a message that I had taken too long to done load it from a site I never heard of. I tried the phone number twice no answer and nothing from the support line.

I purchased complete workshop manual for Audi RSQ3 on the 29th of november. They only sent wiring diagrams. I only get automatic answers from the support email. I also purchased Volvo V90 workshop manual (digital copy)on the 29th of november. They answered they are out of stock and that they would refund my money back (paid with PayPal). I'm still waiting

Fast, easy, affordable and received the entire repair manual for my vehicle that I was not able to find with any other company!! Initially I was having trouble downloading but was able to reach out to their customer service email and they promptly responded and assisted me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

This is a fraudulent company. After I paid, they provided a download link that just contains a PDF file with instructions to email them more car information (VIN#) in order to get the manual. but they never respond.
