Amazing customer service
I have to come on here and commend RepairDesk for their outstanding customer service. The live chat, which is directly linked to the RepairDesk screen is excellent. Arnold in particular is so helpful. This guy must never sleep as he is always there when I need him. 10/10

The most greatest decision we had made…
The most greatest decision we had made by joining RepairDesk. I decided I would give it a try and challenge myself to learn on my own... It took me 2 weeks to figure EVERYTHING out and besides that I never had to be alone. "Knowledge Base" was a click away and gives you ALL the answers you can think of, and the customer service is phenomenal because they are practically on 24/7 and can answer any questions you have. We won't even speak about the price because this is almost like a STEAL, but RepairDesk is all in 1 for your phone store needs. The team here is phenomenal and outstanding. They get EVERYTHING DONE RIGHT AND IN A HURRY!
