We used RepairShopr for years
We used RepairShopr for years, then SyncroMSP, then back to RepairShopr. Finally we settled on Repair Desk and haven't looked back. Their customer support is phenomenal. Ashur assisted me in getting our second POS terminal up and going. Fantastic customer service.

Just got off from a session with a Representative of RepairDesk Software, I was facing a huge issue in Inventory, Employees Roles, Some bunch of Integration which are really important for my Shop and customer. So Tried the Need Help Button ( which I think is a lifesaver in RepairDesk) and went to the live chat option, Got connected with Arnold & man the way he resolved and guided me about how things are aligned and work in RepairDesk. I am very Amazed and am happy that I was able to get such perfect and precise efforts and help from a Company I just started working with, Though Repairdesk is Awesomely crafted that managing my Business on RepairDesk has become more like me resting and the App smoothly keeping my Business flow clearly in front of my eyes. I trust RepairDesk 110% and would definitely recommend it
