RepairClinic.comReviews of repairclinic.com

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. It's a scam. I placed an order and the delivery date (after paying) was set at 7 months away! When I asked for a refund the "customer service agent" threatened me!! Reported to BBB. I'm serious folks - don't waste your time or money with these fraudulent cowboys.

Repair Clinic was a total disaster! They promised the moon with fast shipping and accurate parts, but delivered nothing but frustration. The parts were wrong, the shipping was slow as molasses, and their customer service was about as helpful as a chocolate teapot. I wasted my hard-earned money and countless hours dealing with their mess. Don't be fooled by their slick website - they're a bunch of crooks!

I regret to inform you of the profoundly disappointing experience I had with your company. The initial interaction with your customer service representative was beyond frustrating. Instead of addressing my concerns about the incorrect product shipped, I was met with dismissiveness and impatience. The entire experience left me feeling undervalued and dissatisfied.

A complete mismatch! I called their customer service to fix it, and let me tell you, that was a nightmare. I was on hold for like an hour, and then the person I talked to was rude and unhelpful. they kept giving me the runaround about returns and replacements.

No instructions were included. Customer service was even rude and condescending when I asked for it and said I could just "google" it. The disrespect was unbelievable!!

I ordered a refrigerator part on online using the company's live online chat. The chat agent provided the wrong part: right side drawer rail instead of the left side. I contacted the chat agent again and explained the problem. The price of the correct mirror image part was increased from $71 to $100. The company refused to simply send the correct part upon return of the wrong part or adjust the price for me to order the right one. Despite supervisory intervention, the best they would do was a refund without the need to send the part back. Even the grocery can handle something easy like this.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!...I'm usually pretty good about checking reviews before placing an order and I made a mistake not doing that for this company...Prior to placing my order the order screen showed a total of $33 and under the shipping there was just a slash mark. Then I placed the order and suddenly on the confirmation screen it added over $12 for shipping (for a few brass fittings). I have done plenty of online shopping, I'm not an idiot. This is incredibly shady business practice. Steer clear, there are other similar sites that have great reviews.

Correct part was sent along with additional parts that were not part of the order. Returning the unordered part was a frustrating experience. Phone staff are extremely rude, unable to professionally handle customer frustration caused by their error. Would not use again simply due to staff response.
