The product that was sent to us was not the correct item that would work in our oven even though the model number was correct. We now have to pay out of our pocket to return this product which was not our fault. Customer Support staff did not help try to figure out a solution. Negative stars would suffice!!

I ordered a part from RepairClinic.com, and not only did they send me the wrong one, but their customer service was a nightmare to deal with. Every time I tried to get help, I was either ignored or given excuses that didn't solve anything. Returning the wrong part was a hassle, and getting a refund felt like pulling teeth. It was clear they didn't care about fixing their mistakes or helping me. I'll never waste my time or money here again!

Ordered a part on November 6th. Waited a couple days for status... nothing. Had to log into their website to find status... nothing. Had to call their automated phone access to find out my parts were back ordered until May! Can't cancel an order on their web site. Finally canceled the order though an online chat session. This is a ridiculous way to conduct business. Go anywhere else!

I told my hvac guy I would have a control panel waiting for him when he came out to physically verify the issue he believed it was. I went to the repair clinic store in canton and purchased what I believed to be a new part. I took a picture of their return policy and they emailed me my receipt. My hvac guy came and tested my control pannel, it was good. The part never came out of the box, was never hooked up to anything by us or my hvac guy. I went to return it and was told it had markings on it and could not be returned. Mind you no one took it out of the box or attached it to anything. Which means I was sold a used part, and not a new part. It May be a wise idea to use your phone and verify yourself there is no marking on the contacts, or scuff marks before leaving the store. If there is make them give you a different one until you find one in perfect condition, because they will not take it back otherwise and you will be out your money.

I ordered furnace parts because I could not find the part anywhere else when looking. It seemed all good, very much needed it quickly due to temperatures of 5° F outside and 50°F inside. Paid $49+ for overnight shipping. Confirmed order by email. Never got a tracking number. Called after the 24 hours it was to be here. No live person or Chat was ever able to be gotten. The automated system said the "Order was canceled." No warning, no email. Nothing. NEVER ORDER from here again.

These people are so rude. The customer service is atrocious. I ordered from the because the delivery date on the site was about a week away and every other site was next month. So I was looking specifically at the delivery dates on the site and at checkout. A week goes by, no shipping notice. Turns out it is backorder. They claimed it said November delivery, I disagree as I was checking specifically. Then when I asked what the cancelation policy was they canceled without verifying that was what I wanted. When I objected they just closed the chat. Then I called I told them straight up I was mad, and that I was mad he just closed the chat. They kept making excuses about the part. That wasn't the problem. (I mean it wasn't great, but glitches happen.) The guy just canceling and closing the chat was the problem. They never apologized for the guy just canceling the order or just shutting the chat instead of responding me. They just said the part was in production and it was canceled so there wasn't anything they could do. I can't speak to their part quality, but I'd have to be desperate to order from them in the future. Also check the bottom of other part sites and many say RepairClinic on the bottom. I had to check several sites to try and make sure I wasn't ordering the part from them.

I can't believe the insane experience I had with RepairClinic.com! Their customer service was downright discourteous, treating me like I was a nuisance rather than paying customer. The return policies were completely unreasonable; I felt like I was trapped in a never-ending cycle of confusion and frustration. Not to mention the shipping delays that left me waiting for parts I needed ASAP. It was a complete disaster, and I vowed never to give them my business again. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this site!
