RepairClinic.comReviews of repairclinic.com

I ordered the wrong part number and had to return it. The part number cost $132.95 and shipping was $11.95 totaling $144.90 Thw company refused to send a prepaid return shipping label so I ended up paying $41 to return a part that weighed less than 2 pounds.

It's unbelievable how frustrating this experience was. Trying to find the right part felt like solving a puzzle that no one bothered to finish. The website is clunky, outdated, and a complete nightmare to use--it's 2024, this should not be happening. Reaching out for support only made things worse. Getting a real response took far too long, and by the time someone finally replied, I was already fed up. I eventually got the part I needed, but the entire process was so aggravating that it almost wasn’t worth it. I’ll think twice before ordering from here again.

This company took my payment, shipped a broken part, then ghosted me when I reached out for help. I sent emails, made calls, and submitted forms, but nothing got resolved. All I got was silence and a useless item. I feel ripped off and furious that a simple return turned into a nightmare.

Repair clinic provides horrible service to its customers! And it has even worse customer service! The parts I ordered were incomplete when they arrived. This is fine since I know mistakes can happen. But the problems started when I contacted the company's customer service representatives. They were really rude, and it took a while before they resolved my problem.

The ac filter I ordered? Never arrived. Contacted customer service. Unhelpful. Tried to reach out to management. Failed! This is insane! This company is a fake and unreliable!

Terrible company. Possibly a scam. They attempted to sell me a part they didn't even have, and after waiting patiently for OVER A MONTH, I canceled my order. When calling them to confirm, they told me they never had the part to sell to me. What a joke!

Shame on me for not checking reviews. No way to contact this company, don't count on there 'same day shipping' lie, once you enter an order you are doomed.

Followed up shipmemt for weeks, didn't get one single reply, then miraculously arrive today when we already purchased a new dishwasher. Wonderful. How do I get in touch with management and make a formal complaint?
