Key concerns about the outcome. I felt the workers were professional and easy to work with and there were some definite improvements to the pool deck but two things have influenced my rating. First, the primary imperfections which you had asked me to send close up photos does not look any different than it did initially just painted over. Second and the most disturbing part of this experience is what happened the day after the workers left. As we anticipated the leaves from the very large maple tree overlooking the pool started dropping leaves and most of the refurbished pool deck is covered with orange (iron like stains) which I cannot remove. This makes the entire experience negative and one that I cannot live with unless I hire another firm or you can give me advice on how to remove them since the cover most of the pool deck.
