Dear Ray and Cynthia, we are very sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service you received. Our customers' satisfaction is very important to us, and we do everything we can to achieve this goal. Due to a technical glitch, your images did not reach us right away. The best way to reach us in the future is to reach out to the support team directly. The images you kindly shared seem to represent less than 1% of the 1,300 square foot pool deck installations, and they show minor inconsistencies in the artwork that can be reasonably expected with any masonry installation in an outdoor environment. As your concrete shifts with the seasons and temperatures, separation lines can occur. Our support team will reach out to you about options to address your concerns. We hope you enjoy the summer!

Dear Susan , we are truly apologetic that you are unhappy. We take great pride in our work and in the overall satisfaction of our customers. As part of our standard processes, we ask each customer to go over the entire jobsite with us as part of our Final Walkthrough. If there are any issues, the crew will then address these before they leave. Our records show that you signed off on the walkthrough without any of the complaints you mention here. So we are surprised. With regards to our time on the job site, we were able to send a larger crew to you, so they were able to complete the same amount of work in a shorter period of time. Typically, this is appreciated by our customers. Since you let us know about your complaints after addressing these yourself, there is nothing that we can do to help at this time. That's why our customer service representative offered you a gift card as a courtesy. We are very sorry that you feel insulted by this offer, since it was surely not our intention. In reviewing the before and after photos of your installation, the result is stunning and a big transformation that you can be proud of.
