RenuKrete did an outstanding job on our pool surround. The crew was professional, neat and detail oriented. The job came out great. For the first time in 10-15 years it seems I am actually looking forward to going in our backyard. I used to cringe at the thought. Now I always have a smile on my face when I look through the back door. Thank you

Renukrete did an excellent job upgrading our dated pool surround. The crew was professional, neat and took great care to do it just right for us. The process included a sample that was custom made for us. Very nice result and highly recommend.

The job that we were told would take 3 days was rushed into 2 days. The process left a huge mess on our property for which we had to pay someone to clean up in addition to over 5 hours of our time. There was also paint dripped on our hardscaping and umbrella stand. We were offered a $100 Amazon gift card for our trouble which we found insulting and declined. Overall, the end result was disappointing and I would not recommend RenuKrete.

Dear Susan , we are truly apologetic that you are unhappy. We take great pride in our work and in the overall satisfaction of our customers. As part of our standard processes, we ask each customer to go over the entire jobsite with us as part of our Final Walkthrough. If there are any issues, the crew will then address these before they leave. Our records show that you signed off on the walkthrough without any of the complaints you mention here. So we are surprised. With regards to our time on the job site, we were able to send a larger crew to you, so they were able to complete the same amount of work in a shorter period of time. Typically, this is appreciated by our customers. Since you let us know about your complaints after addressing these yourself, there is nothing that we can do to help at this time. That's why our customer service representative offered you a gift card as a courtesy. We are very sorry that you feel insulted by this offer, since it was surely not our intention. In reviewing the before and after photos of your installation, the result is stunning and a big transformation that you can be proud of. If there is anything else we can do for you, please do not hesitate to reconnect.

I am extremely satisfied with the results of my sidewalk resurfacing. The colors look great and the workmanship was flawless. The workers were courteous, professional, and above all, neat. They took every opportunity to make sure I was satisfied as the work progressed and they always kept the property clean. I would HIGHLY recommend their work.

They did an absolutely fabulous job! My concrete was over 40 years old and they have brought it back into the 21st century. The crew was efficient polite and extremely respectful of me and my property. I would highly recommend this company and its staff for any concrete renewal that you were thinking of doing. I researched many alternatives to fixing my pool deck and I am so pleased that I went with RENUKRETE!!!!

Hardworking team of laborers arrived ready to work and they remained flexible. Stayed very open to options/changes to scheme. Be prepared to shutoff pool pump as workers made decision to vacuum debris from pool bottom with a separate pump, without heads up; could’ve been running pump with no water through skimmer. Looks great! recommend requesting more grit added to stone before finalizing as with water stones can get very slippery.

We couldn’t be happier with the way our pool deck came out using RenuKrete. We went with the classic flagstone granite slate and it looks beautiful! The whole process from start to finish went so smoothly. Thank you so much RenuKrete!!!
