Our old, cracked and uneven pool deck now looks like new! Communication was great from the initial phone calls with Lisa to the scheduling of the work and the crew on site at my home. Great experience and we highly recommend

Results look terrific!

Renukrete was recommended by our neighbors who had their deck renovated by them several years ago. We were having a graduation party for our daughter In June and desperately needed to upgrade our old concrete pool deck. Renukrete was able to complete the work in May with little mess in just 4 days. We were able to use the pool the following day. The pool deck was the topic of conversation at the party! Thank you Linda and team!

Had my pool deck renovated a few years back, looks amazing, just to be sure to ask Alex with all your needs! As he granted me all of mine. All the fellows were helpful aswell. Thank you!

They did a tremendous job. The crew they sent were totally professional. The patio never looked so good. Thank you Linda and Alex!

Met with the owner who was very nice and explained everything in detail. The crew worked very hard to create a clean-looking resurface of the old, concrete pool deck. The finished product was very attractive. I had been searching for about seven years before I found a company that I thought I could trust. My biggest concern over the years was would the treatment hold up to New England weather and was reassured by the owner it would. NOT TRUE. By eight month's time, the concrete expansion joints started crumbling and the surface paint lost adherence. It's impossible to speak to anyone at the company and they have not returned any form of communication other than an automated message. The recording wants people to start the whole process over, which I did, yet all I got was automated messages they received my photos. I've been waiting for two months to hear from someone. I realize they are not local to me, but certainly could respond and set up a time when they are in my area. I'm sorry I recommended them to seven of my neighbors!

Dear Ray and Cynthia, we are very sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service you received. Our customers' satisfaction is very important to us, and we do everything we can to achieve this goal. Due to a technical glitch, your images did not reach us right away. The best way to reach us in the future is to reach out to the support team directly. The images you kindly shared seem to represent less than 1% of the 1,300 square foot pool deck installations, and they show minor inconsistencies in the artwork that can be reasonably expected with any masonry installation in an outdoor environment. As your concrete shifts with the seasons and temperatures, separation lines can occur. Our support team will reach out to you about options to address your concerns. We hope you enjoy the summer!

Great experience. Finished product looked exactly like the brochure. The crew was very punctual, communicated the process well and were very professional. I’d recommend this process to anyone with a slightly aging concrete pool deck.

RenuKrete did an amazing job! Easy to work with, prompt and clear communication; we were able to get an in person estimate quickly where everything was explained. They gave us a cost and a date and stuck to both (which in my home project experience never happens). The crew showed up exactly on time. They were friendly, clean, efficient. They double checked the color with me before they finished and finished the project early, done in 2 days. The out come is outstanding! Looks like I have a whole new pool. The work has totally transformed our pool area for the better. Brightened the pool deck up, looks fresh, clean, stylish. I absolutely love it. So far it has withstood sun, rain, kid pool parties, cookouts and still looks perfect.
