Overall Renukrete was great! Meeting with the crew manager and doing a walkthrough in the beginning was helpful. Throughout the project the crew manager was informative and attentive. The project was completed in 3 days which was fantastic. The crew was very clean and made sure property and pool was taken care. After one month I am still very pleased with the pool patio. I am still in shock that this is an option for old concrete to be restored and become so pretty.

Our experience working with the Renukrete team was five star! Linda, project coordinator, replied in a timely manner to all our questions via email. The owner of the company presented us with the estimate and explained the process in detail. The crew was very polite and respectful. Cande, crew manager, was not only extremely hard working, he was very patient in explaining the color selection. He wanted to be sure we were satisfied with our choice. The one minor complaint is there is a small amount of a residual gritty, sand-like texture that remains on the deck and in the pool. However, over time this does dissipate.

The job came out better than I expected. The crew of men did a great job and thoroughly cleaned up after they finished.

Great experience starting with working with Linda. She explained all aspects of the process and quickly responded to my texts and calls. The Team that came out were always on time, worked extremely hard and did an amazing job. We Love our new pool deck. It looks incredible, like a resort and we have received so many compliments from family, friends and neighbors. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have their pool deck redone.
