Stay away from RentRedi
When your tenants are paying and have money in their accounts, everything is fine. But when tenants don't have sufficient funds, rentredi will send money to your bank account and later they will revert it back taking extra fee from you because they don't have good algorithm to verify if tenants has enough funds or not prior to sending you the money. In one case they took money 2 weeks later after sending it - they have a glitch. It cost me thousands because I didn't start eviction on time thinking the tenant finally paid. RentRedi support offered me $100 credit as a compensation. What a joke! Stay away from this company!

Hi there Tatiana, Please know that we partner with Plaid to confirm the tenant's account balance before the transaction can be initiated. We have to abide by U.S. banking standards, so funds aren't immediately deducted. If the tenant's account drops below the balance when the transaction is initiated, that leads to the issue you described. We apologize for the frustration this caused, but if we can help in any other way, please let us know!
