So this rentech has my rent all screwed up and I've only been at my current address for 2 months. I made a payment for June on May 29th, and it's showing that I never paid rent for june! I call their customer service desk and that lady was so condescending with such a bad attitude I would never ever want my tenants to deal with such rudimentary software or such crappy people! And next time I'm looking for a home if they mention rent tech, I will run the opposite direction!

I am very satisfied with the Rentec Direct product. It has been extremely user-friendly, and the customer support team is excellent. They are easy to reach, and if you know the extension number, the wait time is minimal, making the support process very efficient. Overall, I truly love the product. Another great feature is that it integrates seamlessly with many other applications, such as Zinspector and Rentometer.

This is our first property and Rentec has been extremely helpful in helping us get organized and get started. The price for the program is also another great factor and definitely worth it! Great and proactive customer service!
